Returns and Refund Policy
Returns
For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow returns. Please keep in mind that colors will appear different on individuals depending on skin tone and lip pigmentation. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. Refunds and exchanges are only allowed when a product is faulty or damaged within the 14 day period of purchasing.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately by contacting us at info@beautaniqbeauty.com
This policy is only applicable to purchases made on www.beautaniqbeauty.com; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
For returns, please contact us at info@beautaniqbeauty.com for more information on where to send your returns. Remember to include in your email your:
- reason for return
- full name
- order number
- return delivery address.
- telephone number
- And don't forget to include the original paperwork that came with your order.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the shipment of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
Refunds
If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will refund the price paid by you for the goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges incurred on your part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be made via the same method used for the original payment eg. Stripe, Paypal etc.
