After cleansing and before moisturizing, mist the Rose Hydrating Toner over your face and neck to soothe skin. Tip: you can also use it after makeup to refresh the skin. Apply Blush Serum to your cheeks and lips and pat into the skin with fingertips. Gently swirl a brush into Bloom Blush, tap off the excess and apply to the cheekbones for a lit-from-within look.
