Just like you would amp up your Vitamin C consumption when you’re feeling under the weather, you should also add Vitamin C to your skincare routine to boosts your skin’s own immune system. Lemon is one of the best sources of Vitamin C, which is a free radical fighting antioxidant that’s essential to skin health.
If you’re suffering from hyperpigmentation, you should look out for skincare that incorporates citrus fruits.
